Health Crisis Isn’t Our Fault?

We didn’t ruin our health; the modern world did.
The weight gain, the cravings, the brain fog, the fatigue, the blood sugar swings, the inflammation, the stress, and the slow aging turning into fast aging, that wasn’t personal failure.
That was a system designed for outcomes exactly like this, wrapped in slogans like “heart healthy,” “low fat,” “guilt-free,” and “fortified with vitamins,” pasted on boxes that somehow contain everything except real food.
I’m writing this because somewhere along the way I realized I couldn’t talk to anyone about the future of AI if I wasn’t going to be alive long enough to witness it.
Sounds dramatic, but health has a way of putting everything in perspective.
It doesn’t matter how fast AI evolves if our bodies can’t keep up.
I reached a point where I felt like I was losing control of my own health; I was tired in ways sleep didn’t fix and hungry in ways food didn’t solve, I felt older than I should.
I was inflamed, stressed, always “on,” always responding, always pushing. But biologically, I was falling apart.
So, I started digging.
Not into diet culture, or gym memberships, or Instagram health hacks.
I went down a different path.
The path of human biology before the food pyramid, before corporate-sponsored nutrition guidelines, before “breakfast is the most important meal” became a marketing slogan for cereal companies.
What I discovered shocked me, angered me, humbled me, and eventually forced me to rebuild my entire relationship with food, fasting, and healing.
The modern world tricked us into forgetting our own repair cycle.
Not a trend.
Not a detox.
Not a cleanse.
A biological cycle older than civilization.
The cycle where the body stops eating for a while, shifts gears, repairs what’s broken, cleans up what’s damaged, recycles what’s not needed, grows new cells, strengthens the brain, restores hormone balance, lowers inflammation, increases longevity, and brings us back to the baseline we lost.
We call it fasting.
Our ancestors called it normal life.
Corporate America calls it “dangerous” because no one makes money when we stop eating.
That’s the part that made me laugh and get angry at the same time.
All the things that actually heal us are free.
Sleep.
Sunlight.
Movement.
Breathing.
Fasting.
Silence.
Rest.
But the world taught us these were luxuries and that the real solutions required barcodes, subscriptions, memberships, or prescriptions.
Somehow, the only natural processes in the human body that reverse disease and slow aging became "alternative."
Think about how stupid that is.
Somehow, eating nonstop became “healthy.”
Snacking all day became “normal.”
Feeling tired and hungry became “just life.”
Gaining weight became “genetics.”
And the idea of not eating became “dangerous.”
Dangerous to who?
Not to us.
Dangerous to the companies that profit when we eat all day.
So, I decided to do something different; I started writing an ebook and recording its respective audiobook about the forgotten healing cycle of fasting.
Not a medical book, not a diet book, and not a guru book.
Just a rebellious guide back to common sense; a simple map for everyday Americans who feel like they’ve tried everything, and still feel worse every year.
A reminder that our bodies were designed for repair, but the world trained us to interrupt that repair every two to three hours.
This project is not just research for me; it’s survival, it’s personal. I’m writing from the inside, not the outside. I’m learning with you, not preaching.
I’m not trying to be an expert; I’m trying to stay alive long enough to enjoy the world we’re building through AI, business, technology, and creativity.
I want to help my family, myself, and anyone who reads Credtrus AI feel strong enough, clear enough, and healthy enough to actually experience the future they’re preparing for.
This project might be outside the “AI newsletter” theme, but the truth is simple: we can’t talk about artificial intelligence if we’re losing the battle against inflammation, metabolic disease, weight gain, chronic stress, and aging.
Health isn’t separate from the future; it’s the requirement to reach it.
You can’t innovate when you can’t breathe deeply, you can’t build when you’re exhausted, you can’t think when you’re inflamed, you can’t lead when you’re sick, and you can’t dream when your body is falling apart.
It’s my attempt to save my own life and possibly yours.
A guide for your health during a season where the world encourages us to binge, stress, overspend, and forget ourselves.
Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and December holidays.
The season where America eats until January and then hates itself until March.
But what if this year is different?
What if you decide to access this ebook and audiobook, and commit to one rebellious idea: your health comes first.
For you.
For your family.
For your coworkers.
For your community.
And for your country.
If you choose to invest in your health this season, truly invest, with intention, curiosity, and rebellion, I believe you will not only live longer; you will live better.
And maybe for the first time in years, you will feel like your body is yours again.
I hope you grab both the ebook and audiobook when I release them next week.
Best,
